ALPHA & THETA BRAIN WAVES
Theta waves are one of five types of electrical pulses the brain produces. They are associated with intense creativity, visualization, imagination, and problem-solving. Some say that people who drive a lot on the freeway often get good ideas in theta states. Theta waves are strong during meditation, prayer, internal focus, and spiritual awareness. They also reflect the state between wakefulness and sleep and relate to the subconscious mind. Theta waves are normal during sleep, but abnormal in awake adults. They are also normal in children up to 13 years old.
EON ARTS: Although not yet scientifically validated, clinical data strongly suggests that the Flow Machine induces a high theta wave state or a low alpha wave state (or both) in the viewer.
